Since 1986, Ms. Kreis has studied Nutrition, Oriental medicine and philosophy, Shiatsu and Jin Shin Do massage, Tai Chi, Orthomolecular medicine, children health, Homeopathy, assists for illnesses and injuries, detoxification, enzyme therapy, Herbology, medical chemistry, immunology, and female/male disorders.
Her specialties include enzyme therapy and food allergy elimination. She has attended numerous training courses and seminars, including:
- Graduate of the Advanced Clinical Training in Nutrition Response Testing provided by Dr. Lester Bryman and Dr. Freddie Ulan in Clearwater, FL
- Anti-Aging and Clinical Nutrition given by Robert Crayhon, MS, and Parris M. Kidd, PhD.
- Core advance Apex seminar given by Stephen Stiteler, L.Ac. OMD.
- Enzyme seminar by Dr. DePalma, who was instructed by Dr. Howard Loomis.
1999 to Present: Owner of Anew Health Center – Certified Advanced Clinical Training practitioner in Nutrition Response Testing; also providing enzyme therapy, allergy elimination therapy, urine and saliva chemical testing (twenty-one individual items quickly and easily tested), computerized sensitivity testing and related services.
2000: Certified Nutritional Consultant, AANC.
1999 to 2006: BioSET seminars – Basic Principles of BioSET, Immune Disorders, Cardiovascular Disorders, Children Disorders (ADHD and Autism), and Male and Female Disorders. Attend advanced seminars by Dr. Ellen Cutler at least yearly, to stay current, improve and learn any new techniques.
1998: Introduced to BioSET (Bioenergetic Sensitivity and Enzyme Therapy), a technique developed by Dr. Ellen Cutler, MD, DC. This was one of the first seminars given announcing BioSET.
1986: Acupressure diploma from Acupressure Institute, Berkeley.
Other Skills:
- Intensively dedicated to research in the field of autoimmune disorders.
- Works closely as team member with holistic oriented physicians and naturopaths.
- Became a Volunteer Minister in 2001.
